Tai Chi Australia is committed to providing as many opportunities as possible for students to continue practicing forms they have learnt at workshops, Summer School or other TCA-run activities. In addition, we usually run a program of practice sessions during each Term Break and over the Summer period.

Since 2015, TCA has worked with Channel 31 developing many Tai Chi and Health Qigong exercises for its popular exercise program ‘Move it or Lose It’. To help keeping fit, you can follow along to this program by following the link below:
Practice classes are usually held during summer breaks and will appear here.
We will practice most forms, commencing with B8, B24, etc. Forms practiced will depend on attendance and how many instructors are available on the day.
These practice classes are designed to review, refine and practice your forms. No matter how far you have got with a form, you are more than welcome to attend.
There will be a cost of $15 per morning.
